Great experience! Dmitry and William were both responsive, professional, and showed expertise in their craft! Same day work, and resolution to my problems! They even left the spaces perfectly clean. The price is right on what I'd expect for the tasks I requested (switch, outlet, and wiring troubleshooting), but the service was top of the line! I would highly recommend their service!

I called Capricorn Electric on an emergency repair for a receptacle/ wiring repair in the A.M. and Dimitry called back to assure me that he would be there during the stated hours. Dimitry was extremely professional and completed the job to my satisfaction !! Great company / Dimitry to deal with !!!

We needed some work done quickly. I reached out to Capricorn Electric on a Saturday. They worked with me over the weekend to get an estimate as well as giving me a couple days early in the following week the work could be done. they was professional and. very helpful making me understand the work that needed to be done. Even though I called them several times, they always got back to me promptly and professionally. On the day the work was scheduled to be done, Mike was on site early and started the job promptly. They were very courteous, professional, and prepared. They had everything they needed to finish the job and would not stop until all of the work was finished. They cleaned everything up and provided additional contact information in case we needed to talk to them. I have recommended them to several neighbors and certainly will use them if I need work done again. Their pricing was great.

I had an emergency failure with the way my electric baseboard heating was wired (thanks to a homemade wiring job done before I moved into my home). Capricorn came once to try and solve the issue unsuccessfully. When I called back, they sent another service tech free of charge to reinspect, make sense of the unconventional wiring, and diagnosed the issue. They went so far as to work around my schedule and offer a 2 year warranty so I’m covered for the next two winters (since I wouldn’t be able to know if my heating fails again in the summer). All of their electricians that came were very professional and respectful. They seem to have had genuine concern in trying to make the situation right and gave peace of mind with the warranty and prompt emergency service. I would highly recommend them if you have an issue and want to get it fixed right.

This service was 5 star! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and affordable! We had an electrical emergency late at night and they came out within 30 minutes. Capricorn will be our new go to electrician from now on

Dmitri was incredible! He arrived EARLY, knew what he was doing, and was incredibly helpful. He got the troubleshooting done, made the multiple repairs from my mistakes, and even found some other lurking problems. And then on top of it all, he finished the project which got us into this mess to begin with. I called in the morning and he was here the same day. We were truly blown away by the entire process - start to finish. Will definitely use them, and ask for Dmitri, again. Frankly, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We Used Capricorn electric in emergency situations, our main box was sparking we call around 11pm and they were available to send technician to our home with a hour, the issue was fix same night!!! Great Company!!! Thank you Capricorn Electric!!
