William is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Not only is he a Capricorn Electrician… he was very professional… one of the best in his field… on time.. goes over and above what he came to do. He had a lot of patience with me and was very knowledgeable about many things other than being an Electrician. I had complete trust in him and would hire him again without a doubt.

They took my call around 2:30am this morning and had someone here within 2 hours to start the process of getting my electric restored. William came to give me the estimate and Dimitry came to preform the repairs. They were both very punctual and informative. William was very kind and informative of what repairs I would need and what the process would be. Dimitry did a wonderful job explaining everything going on and got my electric restore quicker than I thought possible. I will be calling them for all my future needs!

Late one night I broke the thermostat in my sunroom and could not turn the heat off. Because I was due to travel the next day I panicked! Calling Capricorn Electric was the best thing I could do. William was able to reassure me all was OK, and was even able to come early the next morning to meet my schedule. The repair was made and I was good to go! They were very transparent about the costs too!

He answered all of our questions and pointed out things that should be replaced sooner rather than later and was able to take care of some serious issues our house would have been facing soon. Called Saturday. They were at my home on Monday. Installed 5 new outdoor lights, repaired gas fireplace switch and installed new outdoor electrical outlet. Courteous. Friendly and thorough.
