It was 8:30 on a Monday night and I lost power in half my house. Peco was no help. I called Capricorn and William talked me through everything over the phone, how to go to the breaker box and figure out which breaker was off and fix it. Everyone was kind and patient and the whole process took under 20 minutes. I was already without heat and hot water due to a different issue so loosing power for the night would have been a real problem. I can't thank this company enough! I will definitely call them in the future.

A vehicle struck the utility pole in front of my house, requiring emergency service on a Saturday before PPL would restore my power. William and Dmitry were very helpful and responsive.
