1. Christmas Day - I called for emergency electrical repair. Answering service was polite and quickly had William to call me back. Electrician arrived promptly as scheduled. Carlus/Eshwar the dispatched electrician was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem and generating a repair plan. He reported having more than decades of experience. During the repair he provided a very coherent explanation for each step of the repair. There was no mess or debris left behind. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend this team without reservation.

Had 2 electrical outlets changed from a 2 prong to a 3 prong and Dimitry was great. He was pleasant and on time. He was knowledgeable and explained what had to be done and explained how the new outlets worked. I would definitely use Capricorn again and would recommend them to friends. Thank you!
