Monitoring my call to Capricorn Electric, I received a call from William who not only confirmed Capricorn Electric did service my area, he also said an electrician could be dispatched and would arrive later in the early evening. I am so so pleased with William and Capricorn Electric. William was punctual and very personable, got right to work and diagnosed the problem in about a minute. The repair of the doorbell took less than 30min and the cost was more than reasonable. 5 stars just isn’t enough!!!

They worked with me over the weekend to get an estimate as well as giving me a couple days early in the following week the work could be done. they was professional and. very helpful making me understand the work that needed to be done. Even though I called them several times, they always got back to me promptly and professionally. On the day the work was scheduled to be done, Mike was on site early and started the job promptly. They were very courteous, professional, and prepared. They had everything they needed to finish the job and would not stop until all of the work was finished. They cleaned everything up and provided additional contact information in case we needed to talk to them. I have recommended them to several neighbors and certainly will use them if I need work done again. Their pricing was great.
