I had an emergency failure with the way my electric baseboard heating was wired (thanks to a homemade wiring job done before I moved into my home). Capricorn came once to try and solve the issue unsuccessfully. When I called back, they sent another service tech free of charge to reinspect, make sense of the unconventional wiring, and diagnosed the issue. They went so far as to work around my schedule and offer a 2 year warranty so I’m covered for the next two winters (since I wouldn’t be able to know if my heating fails again in the summer). All of their electricians that came were very professional and respectful. They seem to have had genuine concern in trying to make the situation right and gave peace of mind with the warranty and prompt emergency service. I would highly recommend them if you have an issue and want to get it fixed right.

Came out for an emergency and responded within a half hour of calling. Owner came out and was very reasonable and polite. Took the time to explain what the issue was. Can't thank him enough for giving me peace of mind.
