William was very accommodating and was willing to take the time to explain the charges. Overall he was very polite, honest, and had a good sense of humor. We appreciated that he told us about how to make our electric unit more efficient and safer for our old house. I also enjoyed the booking experience. The staff on the phone was very courteous and got in contact with a technician quickly. William called to let us know the time window. Then Capricorn Electric sent us an image of our technician and the confirmed time estimate (which was awesome!). My receipts were sent right away as well. It was a very cool experience. Capricorns get things done and this company proves it š.
