Monitoring my call to Capricorn Electric, I received a call from William who not only confirmed Capricorn Electric did service my area, he also said an electrician could be dispatched and would arrive later in the early evening. Dmitry arrived at my home and promptly and professionally corrected my electrical mishap. In an attempt to install two (2) island pendants, only one was installed correctly. Dmitry was very courteous and explained in simple terms how I "got my wires crossed up!" His customer service presentation is one that should be emulated by other in-home skilled trades service technicians.
