I'm so grateful we called Capricorn Electric and had William as our technician today! We are new to the area and needed a professional electrician to help us troubleshoot a recurring issue in the basement (which houses our water heater). We called this morning and their office staff was very helpful and allowed us to speak directly with William about the issues. He confirmed a same day appointment and was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. William checked the specific room and closet we needed and was thorough enough to check the entire basement to ensure no other issues needed attention. His assessment was clear and honest and his recommendations included a simple, inexpensive solution. He did not try to up-sale services that weren't required, and thanks to him, we now know that our electrical setup in the basement is functional and safe. We didn't spend money that we didn't need to spend. We will definitely call Capricorn Electric, and ask for William, the next time we have a need for an honest electrician. We highly recommend them!
