I initially called Capricorn Electric and was incorrectly told the company did not service my area. Monitoring my call to Capricorn Electric, I received a call from William who not only confirmed Capricorn Electric did service my area, he also said an electrician could be dispatched and would arrive later in the early evening. Dmitry arrived at my home and promptly and professionally corrected my electrical mishap. In an attempt to install two (2) island pendants, only one was installed correctly. Dmitry was very courteous and explained in simple terms how I "got my wires crossed up!" His customer service presentation is one that should be emulated by other in-home skilled trades service technicians. I would call this company again and I enthusiastically recommend Capricorn Electric for your residential electrical needs. A satisfied first-time customer!

Had 2 electrical outlets changed from a 2 prong to a 3 prong and Dimitry was great. He was pleasant and on time. He was knowledgeable and explained what had to be done and explained how the new outlets worked. I would definitely use Capricorn again and would recommend them to friends. Thank you!

Capricorn Electric was quick to send someone out for a quote (which was MUCH less than our first quote) and worked us into their schedule just when we needed.
