Called at 9:30am and got an appointment same day (12-2pm) arrived at 1pm. Other electricians cancelled due to inclement weather but William showed up. Communication was great in receiving texts about timing and when to expect the technician.

1. Christmas Day - I called for emergency electrical repair. Answering service was polite and quickly had William to call me back. Electrician arrived promptly as scheduled. Carlus/Eshwar the dispatched electrician was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the problem and generating a repair plan. He reported having more than decades of experience. During the repair he provided a very coherent explanation for each step of the repair. There was no mess or debris left behind. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend this team without reservation.
