We needed some work done quickly. I reached out to Capricorn Electric on a Saturday. They worked with me over the weekend to get an estimate as well as giving me a couple days early in the following week the work could be done. they was professional and. very helpful making me understand the work that needed to be done. Even though I called them several times, they always got back to me promptly and professionally. On the day the work was scheduled to be done, Mike was on site early and started the job promptly. They were very courteous, professional, and prepared. They had everything they needed to finish the job and would not stop until all of the work was finished. They cleaned everything up and provided additional contact information in case we needed to talk to them. I have recommended them to several neighbors and certainly will use them if I need work done again. Their pricing was great.

Reached out to this company after having a sudden electrical issue with a new property. So glad I did! Everyone was so helpful and extremely responsive. The technician, Dmitry was prompt, professional and very thorough in his explanation. I felt at ease and was very pleased with the whole process.

This people are amazing my mom bought a home and it fail the electrical inspection I call about 8 different companies and they call me back within the 5 minutes and came out in two days to do the job they where out there for about 9 to 10 hours my mom also have a unfinished basement and its very muddy no complaints at all they stood there the hold entire time they dint.l even took a break to get a drink they are very pleasant and professional we are very satisfied with there service and I would recommend 100 %

Dmitry was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. We had to have a lot of electrical work done on a newly purchased house and I’m so glad I had Capricorn Electric perform it. I feel confident it was done well and would definitely use them again!

I had an emergency failure with the way my electric baseboard heating was wired (thanks to a homemade wiring job done before I moved into my home). Capricorn came once to try and solve the issue unsuccessfully. When I called back, they sent another service tech free of charge to reinspect, make sense of the unconventional wiring, and diagnosed the issue. They went so far as to work around my schedule and offer a 2 year warranty so I’m covered for the next two winters (since I wouldn’t be able to know if my heating fails again in the summer). All of their electricians that came were very professional and respectful. They seem to have had genuine concern in trying to make the situation right and gave peace of mind with the warranty and prompt emergency service. I would highly recommend them if you have an issue and want to get it fixed right.

Dmitry was on time, fast, efficient, and very professional. He answered all of our questions and pointed out things that should be replaced sooner rather than later and was able to take care of some serious issues our house would have been facing soon. We definitely made the right choice to go with Capricorn Electric and will definitely be using them again for any future issues that may arise!
